About the Role
This Telesales Telecaller Outbound role involves making outbound calls to customers to promote products or services, handle customer inquiries, and manage sales data. You will be responsible for generating new leads, following up on existing leads, and meeting sales targets. As a telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for customers, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers to promote products or services and handle customer inquiries
- Generate new leads and follow up on existing leads to meet sales targets
- Manage sales data, including tracking customer interactions and sales performance
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and report preparation
- Ensure confidentiality and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of products or services to effectively communicate their value to customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the sales team
Skills & Qualifications
- Telesales and telemarketing experience (0-4 years)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and report preparation
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of CRM software and data management tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
