About the Role

As a Beauty Advisor at Shoppers Stop, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and staying up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and products. Your day-to-day tasks will involve interacting with customers, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales % contribution to store sales and consistently achieves IPT/AUS/Conversion target set by the Manager
• Helps Manager in executing monthly action plan including events calendar
• Actively participates in the FIFO process and management of Testers as per guidelines set by Manager
• Effectively closes the Sale, thanks the customer, and invites them Customers Follow-up
• Consultation and product demonstrations that are hygienic and educational
• Maintains good relationships with Customers, Store, SSL and Brand teams, Mall Management

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Retail selling skills

• Knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
