We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Tax Associate to lead and manage our Income Tax Return (ITR) filing activities for the FY 2024–25 compliance season. This is a short-term, full-time assignment suitable for a CA Final candidate who has completed their articleship and is looking to take ownership of work in a structured, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Take the lead in coordinating and managing ITR filings for individuals, HUFs, and small businesses.

Review Form 16, 26AS, AIS, TIS, and other supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.

Guide junior staff (if any) and ensure timely data collection and filing workflow.

Use Winman and/or the Income Tax e-Filing portal for accurate preparation and submission of returns.

Ensure compliance with Income Tax Act deadlines and best practices.

Escalate complex issues to the supervising partner and implement solutions as directed.

Maintain filing records and documentation for internal and audit purposes.

Candidate Profile:

CA Final candidate who has completed articleship (mandatory).

Strong technical understanding of ITR forms and taxation provisions.

Proficiency in Winman, Excel, and e-filing procedures.

Excellent attention to detail, accountability, and time management skills.

Ability to work independently under broad guidance from the partner.
