Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Representative, based in Bharuch, with occasional work-from-home flexibility. The responsibilities include developing and managing client relationships, driving customer acquisition, promoting the company's services, delivering sales presentations, and identifying growth opportunities. The role also involves crafting marketing strategies and participating in client training to enhance service adoption and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven ability in Sales and Marketing strategy and implementation Experience in conducting client Training sessions and presentations Excellent relationship-building and client management abilities Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Proficiency in both on-site and remote work environments Knowledge of environmental management or waste treatment industries is an advantage
