About the Role
As a Sales Tele caller at Sgl Marketing Company, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and drive sales. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for sales. You will be working closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and drive sales
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with existing clients
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
- Use MS Excel to track and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Skills & Qualifications
- Cold Calling: Ability to make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
- Lead Generation: Ability to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with existing clients
- MS Excel: Proficiency in using MS Excel to track and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Wiring: Basic knowledge of wiring and electrical systems (not required but a plus)
- Computer Knowledge: Proficiency in using computers and software applications, including MS Office and CRM systems
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
