About the Role
A Sales Officer in the FMCG industry is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, managing existing distribution partners, and analyzing sales data to optimize sales strategies. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, monitor sales performance, and implement process improvements. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the FMCG industry.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets, including managing distribution channels and partnerships.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Experience working in the FMCG industry, preferably in sales or a related role.
- Familiarity with sales planning, distribution channels, and sales performance evaluation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other sales-related tools and software.
