Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Customer Service Representative located in Kanpur. The representative will provide support to global customers, address inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Duties include maintaining up-to-date knowledge about products and services, managing customer interactions via various communication channels, documenting solutions, and assisting in improving customer satisfaction metrics through feedback and proactive engagement. Qualifications Strong expertise in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering exceptional Customer Experience Proficiency in enhancing Customer Satisfaction and building strong client relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle diverse customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficiency in using customer service tools, CRMs, and communication platforms Previous experience in international customer service is an advantage Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred
