About the Role
As an Operations & Customer Services Trainee/Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the customer service team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. Your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Collaborate with the customer service team to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating customer meetings and events
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- English proficiency in both spoken and written communication
