What we care about Can you think from a customer’s perspective first, code second? Do you notice when a flow feels broken or a UX feels lazy? Have you shipped things people actually use? We care deeply about product quality, clean systems, and attention to detail. Good product engineering means knowing what NOT to build as much as knowing how to ship fast. And what you do build should work at scale, not just in a demo. Tech architecture matters here. We’ll guide you, but you need to care about building things the right way, not just the fast way. Some of the work will be internal tools and infrastructure. Not glamorous, but it matters, and you’ll have real ownership over it. AI tools are normal here Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, whatever helps you move faster. We don’t care how the code was written. We care whether the final product feels thoughtful.
