About the Role

As a Team Leader for Commercial Mortgages in Amravati, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a commercial mortgage team, ensuring timely and accurate loan processing, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on managing a team of mortgage professionals, guiding them in resolving complex queries, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of mortgage professionals in Amravati, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless loan processing and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality of loan processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, credit, and risk, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Manage and resolve complex customer queries, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct regular team meetings, providing feedback, coaching, and training to enhance skills and performance.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in commercial mortgage lending, with a focus on team leadership and management.
• Strong knowledge of corporate loans, loan syndication, and US lending markets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Proficient in MS Office, with experience in loan processing software and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Certifications in mortgage lending, such as the Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) or the Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist (CRMS), are a plus.
