About the Role

As a Consultant - Creator Operations at Seekho, you will be the primary operations support for the creative and marketing team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and communication between internal teams and external production houses. Your role will involve coordinating with scriptwriters and stakeholders to move scripts through the production pipeline, tracking deliverables, and escalating any blockers or delays. You will also be responsible for end-to-end operational coordination to prevent bottlenecks in creative production, approvals, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary operations support for the creative and marketing team, assisting with day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Coordinate with external scriptwriters and internal stakeholders to ensure scripts move seamlessly through the production pipeline.
  • Track deliverables, follow up with stakeholders, and proactively escalate any blockers or delays.
  • Ensure end-to-end operational coordination to prevent bottlenecks in creative production, approvals, and execution.
  • Support ad production and campaign operations by handling operational tasks as required.
  • Maintain clear communication across teams and ensure ownership until issues are resolved.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
