Role Description We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and building relationships with prospective clients in the insurance sector, with a specific focus on SMEs. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, conducting client meetings, preparing policy recommendations, closing sales opportunities, and collaborating with underwriting teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions. In addition, the role requires maintaining ongoing client engagement to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Strong skills in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management Knowledge of insurance products, preferably commercial insurance, and the ability to analyze and recommend solutions Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using CRM tools, digital platforms, and basic productivity tools like Microsoft Office Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
