Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and confident Customer Success Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to inform them about our products/services, generate leads, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain company products/services clearly and effectively. Generate and qualify leads, convert to admissions. Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer interest. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets. Handle customer questions and provide appropriate solutions. Coordinate with the sales team when required. Qualifications and Requirements: Good communication skills (local language + basic English preferred). A bachelor's degree in any field is preferred. Confident and persuasive speaking ability. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Prior experience in sales is an advantage (Freshers can also apply).
