Property and Operations Administrator
Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Operations & Property Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the business across both the UK and India.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the operations team.
- Maintain organised digital and physical records, databases, spreadsheets, and documentation.
- Manage schedules, correspondence, meetings, and preparation of reports.
- Assist with procurement activities, supplier coordination, obtaining quotations, and raising purchase orders.
- Support office logistics, including equipment management, supplies, and onsite coordination.
- Assist with operational tasks and projects assigned by the line manager.
- Act as a point of contact for tenant queries and maintenance requests.
- Coordinate safety inspections, compliance checks, contractor visits, and maintenance activities.
- Support property-related documentation, including leases, certificates, and compliance records.
- Assist in tracking rent payments, property expenses, and budgets.
- Liaise with landlords, contractors, suppliers, and service providers as required.
What You'll Need
- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with an MBA or relevant administrative qualifications are preferred.
- Previous experience or strong interest in operations, property administration, facilities management, or office administration.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritise work, and manage responsibilities independently.
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to work.
