Key Responsibilities Support the recruitment team in sourcing and outreach via LinkedIn, job portals, and emails. Assist in screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Help build and maintain candidate pipelines for creative, design, and account management roles. Learn to evaluate creative portfolios and understand role requirements.
