Financial Accountant (Financial Accounting) (Delhi Division)

About the Role
In this Financial Accountant role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the financial records of the Delhi Division, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and adhering to all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements. Your day-to-day tasks will involve reviewing and analyzing financial data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing cost-saving measures. You will also be working closely with the accounting team to ensure seamless financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax laws and accounting standards.
- Manage and maintain fixed assets, including depreciation and impairment calculations.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning.
- Perform audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure seamless financial operations and resolve any accounting discrepancies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
- Proficiency in financial accounting software, such as Tally or SAP.
- Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax laws.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques.
