What's the role Designation: Customer Success - Executive City: Mumbai CTC: up to 3.6 LPA Annual Retention Bonus – 10%. This is part of the above CTC and released on completion of one year. Subject to being on the payroll and not serving a notice period. Freshers are welcome to apply! Key Responsibilities: This is not a client-facing role. You will serve as the main point of contact for internal teams (Servicing, Design, and Content teams), addressing their concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with content, strategy, design, and SEO teams to ensure seamless execution of content plans for various clients. Create and maintain a project tracker weekly, depending on the nature of the project (In sync with the Customer Success team). Coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery timelines. Ensure the execution of client campaign deliveries is done seamlessly. Work closely with the SEO team to track performance metrics to meet the client's goals. Requirements: Understanding of content marketing & SEO. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
