Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a US IT Recruiter based in Hyderabad. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding IT talent. The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, identifying and attracting top IT talent, and ensuring a streamlined hiring experience. Qualifications Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment processes Experience in Hiring and Technical Recruiting, particularly within IT domains Strong skills in Recruiting, with the ability to assess candidate qualifications for technical roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and internal teams Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and meet deadlines effectively Knowledge of US labor laws and hiring practices is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
