Audit Executive

About the Role

As an Audit Executive at Saraaro HR Consultancy, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits to ensure the company's financial and operational processes are in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves reviewing financial statements, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement. You will also be involved in concurrent audits to ensure the company's compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Review financial statements and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement audit plans to ensure the company's financial and operational processes are in line with industry standards.
• Conduct concurrent audits to ensure the company's compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks to the company's financial and operational processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including management and employees.
• Prepare and present audit reports to management and stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• Knowledge of auditing principles, standards, and regulations.
• Experience with audit software and tools, such as Excel and SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• CA/CS certification is a plus.
