About the Role

As a Technical Support Engineer in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat. This role involves troubleshooting software and hardware issues, resolving customer complaints, and escalating complex problems to senior engineers.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software development and product management, to identify and resolve technical issues. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective support.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and provide timely and effective solutions to technical issues.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware problems using diagnostic tools and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement process improvements.
• Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issue resolution and customer feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and product releases to provide informed support to customers.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of technical concepts and terminology.
