About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
What You'll Need
- B.E., BTech, MCA degree or equivalent technical experience.
- 0-2 years of industry experience in supporting mission critical software.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, C++ or Python, Bash etc.
- Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, or cloud technologies.
