About the Role
As a Business Development & Sales Executive at Saiprasant Enterprises, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
Day-to-day, you will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, and analyze sales data to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Analyze sales data to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Stay organized and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Recruitment, Sourcing, and Hiring skills.
- Insurance Operations and Talent Acquisition knowledge.
- Strategic Partnering and Business Development skills.
