Collaborate with team to ensure efficiency. Identify and report any issues that may arise during production. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Track and report on production metrics. Train new Joinees on company procedures and safety measures Requirements Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role with Injection Molding Knowledge of safety procedures and standards. Ability to lead and train a team effectively. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve. Understanding of production metrics and reporting.
