About the Role
As a Customer Support International Call Center representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone calls. You will work with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures, providing them with accurate information and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Day-to-day tasks will include answering customer calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer complaints. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to the team on areas for improvement.

Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred
- International Calling skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices
