About the Role
As a US Health Care Representative at Sagility, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving queries related to health care services in the US. This role involves extensive communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their concerns. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to the team.
Key Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution of their concerns.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of health care services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers.
- Meet or exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as healthcare, business, or communications.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- International calling experience and ability to work with customers across different time zones.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex customer queries.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Any relevant certifications or training in customer service, healthcare, or a related field would be an added advantage.
