About the Role

Skills & Qualifications

  • International calling experience and ability to work with customers across different time zones.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex customer queries.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Any relevant certifications or training in customer service, healthcare, or a related field would be an added advantage.
