We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented *Digital Archives* *Assistant* to support the Mission's content and archival initiatives. This is an entry-level position and involves transcribing and summarizing spiritual talks, contributing to our monthly journals, and preserving the Mission's invaluable legacy through the digitization and organization of archival content—audio, photo, and textual materials. This is an on-site role based at the Mission's headquarters in Pune and ideal for someone aligned with the values of compassion, service, and inner growth. Key Responsibilities: * Transcribe spiritual talks and discourses from audio/video formats with clarity and accuracy. * Assist in sourcing and proofreading material for the Mission's monthly journals. * Digitize and organize archives—including historical documents, photos, and recordings—for preservation and accessibility. * Ensure proper file management and metadata tagging across multiple media formats. * Collaborate with editorial and communications teams to meet content deadlines. * Handle sacred materials with care, confidentiality, and respect. Qualifications: * Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Hindi or Sindhi is a plus. * Freshers are welcome to apply. * Experience in transcription, content writing, or editing is preferred. * Organized and comfortable with Google Drive and Microsoft Office. * Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and time management. * ⁠Alignment with the values and ethos of the Mission.
