About the Role
As a Sales Coordinator at SACHI STEEL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team to achieve their targets. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate sales activities, maintain customer relationships, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling appointments, making follow-up calls, and sending emails to customers.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Assist the sales team in identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and implementing sales plans.
- Provide sales support by preparing sales reports, analyzing sales data, and identifying trends and patterns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and sales performance using CRM software.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRM software and market research tools.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work with diverse customer groups.
