• GCP Services:Work hands-on with Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub and Cloud Run.

• Code Quality:Write clean, documented code with unit tests; participate in code reviews and apply feedback to improve quality.

• Observability:Ensure basic observability through logs, error handling and retries.

• Collaboration:Work closely with senior engineers and team leads to understand architecture and standards.

• Learning & Documentation:Attend design discussions, training sessions and knowledge-sharing forums; contribute to documentation and team wikis.

• Responsible AI:Apply Responsible AI principles — use safety prompts and content filters.

• Security:Follow security guidelines for IAM roles, secret management and data handling.
