About the Role

This Oracle Financials Functional Consultant role involves working closely with clients to understand their financial management needs and implementing Oracle Financials solutions to meet those needs. Day-to-day tasks include configuring and customizing Oracle Financials modules, troubleshooting issues, and providing training to users. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts and experience working with Oracle Financials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize Oracle Financials modules to meet client needs
  • Implement and test Oracle Financials solutions
  • Provide training to users on Oracle Financials functionality
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve errors in Oracle Financials
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial management needs
  • Stay up-to-date with Oracle Financials product releases and updates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Skills & Qualifications

  • Oracle Financials implementation and configuration
  • EBT (Electronic Benefit Transfer) experience
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • SQL and PLSQL programming skills
  • Knowledge of India Localization taxes and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 0-4 years of experience in Oracle Financials implementation or a related field
