Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Pune Division. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, managing clerical tasks, maintaining organized records, handling purchase orders, sales orders, invoicing, phone communications, and assisting executives. The Administrative Assistant will act as a key point of coordination within the office and must ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred Prior experience in administrative roles is a plus
