Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Article Assistant, located in Bengaluru. The Article Assistant will be responsible for conducting financial audits, supporting the preparation of financial statements, assisting in compliance and regulatory tasks, and providing support in tax planning and business advisory services. Daily activities may include preparing reports, contributing to bookkeeping accuracy, performing research, and helping in the execution of strategic tasks under the supervision of senior professionals. Qualifications Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Accounting, and Bookkeeping techniques Understanding of Taxation, Tax Planning, and Compliance processes Analytical and Research skills for accurate financial audits and business advisory tasks Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with accounting software Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field Prior experience or exposure to Chartered Accountancy practices is advantageous but not required
