About the Role
This Telecaller role is a key part of Rupyaguru Fintech Private Limited's customer acquisition and engagement strategy. As a Telecaller, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to share information about loan products, eligibility, and application processes.
You'll also be handling inbound inquiries, clarifying product features, and guiding customers through documentation requirements. This role involves maintaining call records, updating customer information in the system, and following up to ensure timely completion of applications.
Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Adhere to compliance guidelines and maintain customer confidentiality and regulatory compliance in all interactions.
- Manage time effectively and handle a high volume of calls without compromising quality.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial products clearly and professionally over the phone.
- Customer service orientation, including patience, active listening, and problem-solving abilities when addressing customer questions or concerns.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital documentation platforms.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and local languages commonly used in Mumbai; ability to switch between languages as needed.
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality and regulatory compliance in all interactions.
