About the Role
As a Customer Service Specialist at Rouxel TP, you will be responsible for handling customer queries through various channels, including chat and voice calls with international clients. Your primary goal will be to deliver accurate information, ensure customer satisfaction, and troubleshoot issues when required.

Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and escalate issues when required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics.
- Basic knowledge of process guidelines and customer service principles.
- Graduate or HSC degree from a recognized institution.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (written and spoken).
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
