CA Articleship Jobs
CA articleship is a mandatory, structured training period for Chartered Accountancy students — typically three years, done under a practicing CA or CA firm — covering audit, taxation, accounting, and compliance work under direct supervision. Unlike most fresher roles, articleship isn't really 'applying for a job' in the traditional sense; it's about choosing the right firm, since the quality and breadth of exposure varies enormously between a small local practice and a Big 4 or large regional firm. Articleship stipends are modest (often ₹8,000–₹25,000/month depending on the firm's size and city) but the real value is post-qualification: CA salaries jump sharply once articleship and the final exams are cleared, typically ₹7–12 LPA at Big 4 firms and ₹15–25 LPA at MNCs and investment banks for a fresher CA. To stand out during the articleship search itself, be specific in outreach about which area interests you (audit, direct tax, indirect tax, or advisory) — firms notice candidates who've thought about direction rather than sending the same generic application everywhere.
