About the Role
As a Business Development Associate at Rojgar Group, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. Your day-to-day tasks will involve making cold calls, sending emails, and attending meetings to establish and maintain a strong network of contacts. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth and customer retention.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Make cold calls, send emails, and attend meetings to establish and maintain a strong network of contacts.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and progress.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of sales principles and techniques.
