Job Description About the Role: We are looking to transition our high-performing interns into full-time Associate AI/ML Engineers. As an M.Tech graduate, we expect you to bring a strong theoretical foundation to our R&D team, helping us bridge the gap between academic research and production-grade AI solutions. Key Responsibilities: Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune Machine Learning and Deep Learning models (LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision) for real-world business use cases. Research to Production: Read and implement state-of-the-art research papers, translating theoretical concepts into working prototypes and scalable APIs. Data Engineering: Collaborate with the data team to build efficient pipelines for data cleaning, pre-processing, and augmentation. Optimization: Analyze model performance and optimize for latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of experiments, model architectures, and results. Qualifications Educational qualification: Master's degree in computer science, IT, or related field. Required Skills: Education: M.Tech in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields. Programming: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with C++ or Java. Frameworks: Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, or Scikit-learn. Knowledge: Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, probability, and linear algebra. Prior Experience: Successful completion of an internship with [Company Name]. Preferred Qualifications: Published research papers or contributions to open-source AI projects. Experience with Cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, or GCP). Additional Information Master's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
