Tele Marketing Executive - Global Manufacturing Firm (Maharashtra)

About the Role

As a Tele Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads through outbound calls and telemarketing efforts. Your primary goal will be to connect with potential customers, understand their needs, and showcase our global manufacturing firm's products and services. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate new business leads and expand existing relationships.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our global manufacturing firm's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
• Build and maintain a database of potential customers, including contact information and sales leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and other performance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our products and services remain competitive.
• Provide regular feedback and insights to the sales team to help improve sales strategies and tactics.

Skills & Qualifications

• Lead Generation: Proven ability to generate new business leads through telemarketing and outbound calling efforts.
• Outbound Calling: Experience with making outbound calls to potential customers and effectively communicating our products and services.
• Telemarketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of telemarketing principles, including cold calling, lead generation, and sales strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Valuable Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
• Cold Calling Experience: Proven experience with cold calling, including developing and executing effective sales strategies.
• Good Command of English: Strong command of the English language, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
• Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as a Certified Telemarketing Professional (CTP) or a Certified Sales Professional (CSP), are a plus.
