Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune Division for an HR and Admin Executive. The selected candidate will oversee HR management and operations, ensure adherence to HR policies, manage employee relations, and support administrative tasks. Responsibilities also include coordinating recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with organizational regulations and standards. Qualifications Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies implementation Strong understanding of Human Resources management principles Comprehensive knowledge of HR compliance and employment regulations Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to handle employee records and administrative responsibilities effectively Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
