About the Role

We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at RG Stone Urology & Laparoscopy Hospital in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails from patients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage and resolve patient complaints and queries related to doctors, hospital services, and procedures.
• Assist patients by informing them of the procedures to be followed to proceed further.
• Monitor automated systems for placing collect calls and intervene for callers needing assistance.
• Give priority to emergency calls and coordinate with the concerned person or department.
• Review and follow-up on patient accounts in a timely manner.
• Enter and update correct patient data into computer databases.
• Participate in quality assurance and quality control activities.
