About the Role
As an Inbound Sales Executive at Revvknew Technologies, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and driving sales growth through effective communication and strategic planning. Your primary focus will be on inbound marketing and sales strategies, leveraging CRM tools to track and follow up on leads. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Nurture leads through regular email communication, phone calls, and meetings to build strong customer relationships.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, aligning with the company's business objectives.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth and expansion.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inbound marketing, or a related field (0-4 years).
- Strong understanding of CRM software, with experience in using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Certifications in sales, marketing, or a related field (optional).
