About the Role

As an Operations Assistant at Revolutionary Groups, you will provide critical support to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and effective communication between departments. Your primary focus will be on coordinating meetings, tracking tasks, and resolving operational issues in a timely manner. You will be the central point of contact between the CEO and various teams, requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day executive support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings and ensuring all requirements are met efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
  • Track pending tasks and ensure completion within committed timelines, preparing and submitting daily reports to the CEO as needed.
  • Act as the central point of coordination between the CEO and different departments, ensuring effective communication and execution of tasks.
  • Monitor property and operational issues, following up with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Follow up on action items from meetings and ensure timely execution, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and effective execution of tasks.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Team Management: Ability to coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Interpersonal skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with the CEO and various teams.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Business Administration or a related field).
  • Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Certifications: None required, but certifications in project management or business administration can be beneficial.
