The Product team shapes the experiences that power Revolut. They turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions — collaborating across Design, Engineering, and Data to build features our customers love.

We're looking for a Product Strategy Intern to be part of the CEO Office. You'll identify market gaps, opportunities, and actionable product initiatives that drive mass adoption in core and expansion markets.

This is a 6-month internship with a possibility to join full-time at the end of the programme.

What you’ll be doing

Supporting senior executives and the CEO in developing a point of view on specific fintech verticals, and defining a cohesive long-term strategy for the company and product departments

Acting as the eyes and ears of the company, feeding information from the market back into company strategy and department roadmaps

Tracking and analysing competitive position and product performance globally

Helping scope and launch new verticals

Defining initial product proposition and go-to-market strategies for new expansion markets

What you'll need

A STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a top-tier university

A track record of outstanding achievement in different areas

A business, product, or strategy internship in a top-tier consultancy, investment bank/PE/VC, or fast-growing tech company

Excellent problem-solving skills

Empathy for customers and a customer-centric approach to design

Nice to have

A track record of building successful products or features using data, customer feedback, common sense, and/or machine learning
