Job Title Graduate Development Program Trainee Talent Services Job Description Graduate Development Program Trainee Talent Services Are you a recent graduate ready to kick-start your career in Talent Services At Philips, we are looking for an ambitious Trainee to join our global Talent Services organization. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how we attract and hire talent, while building a strong foundation for a dynamic career in HR. 1. Your assignments As a Trainee, you will join a global Talent Services team supporting hiring across business, regions and functions. In this two-year traineeship, you will gain hands-on experience, contribute to high-impact recruitment initiatives, and grow into a trusted Talent professional. First assignment: End-to-End recruitment Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job requisition management, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience. Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives (e.g., job postings, LinkedIn campaigns via LinkedIn, talent pipeline building). Assist in reporting and analytics to track recruitment performance and identify improvement opportunities. Support process optimization initiatives, including the use of digital tools and AI to enhance recruitment efficiency. Second assignment: Talent Marketing and Sourcing Build on Year 1 experience with increased ownership in talent attraction, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder engagement. Design and execute targeted talent marketing campaigns across channels (e.g., LinkedIn), to attract diverse and high-quality talent pipelines. Proactively source and engage passive candidates using innovative sourcing techniques and tools. Partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Partners to develop effective sourcing strategies based on market insights and workforce needs. Leverage data and analytics to optimize sourcing channels, campaign effectiveness, and candidate engagement. Contribute to employer branding initiatives, enhancing visibility of Philips as an employer of choice. Explore and implement new technologies (including AI-driven sourcing tools) to improve efficiency and reach in talent attraction. As a GDP trainee, you will receive a 2.5-year full-time employment contract with excellent labor conditions. 2. You're the right fit if: You have completed a Master's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, and are available as of September 2026. You have a strong interest in Talent Acquisition, HR, and people-related topics. You have a proactive, collaborative mindset, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. You are data-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to improve processes. You have affinity with technology and digital tools (experience with recruitment platforms or AI tools is a plus). Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or people-related roles (internship or similar) is a plus. You have excellent English communication skills additional languages are a plus. #LI-DNI
