About the Role
As a Field Sales Executive at Rentokil, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Noida region. You will work closely with existing clients to understand their pest control needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Noida region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their pest control needs.
- Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs, including pest control services and other related products.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess client needs and provide recommendations for pest control services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in sales or business development is a plus.
