About the Role
As a Technical Patent Analyst at remote zest jobs, you will be responsible for conducting thorough prior art searches, patentability assessments, and competitive intelligence analysis to support the company's innovation and intellectual property strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain competitive intelligence reports on market trends, technologies, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze relevant patents, technologies, and market trends.
- Prepare and present technical documentation, including patent search reports, patentability assessments, and competitive intelligence analyses.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in engineering, physics, cryptography, and other relevant fields to ensure accurate and informed analysis.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of patent laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and effective patent management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of patent laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct thorough prior art searches and patentability assessments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare and present technical documentation to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in tools such as patent search databases, competitive intelligence software, and technical documentation tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical information and provide clear, concise recommendations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
