About the Role

As a Data Analyst with HR Payroll tools, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions. You will work closely with the HR and Payroll teams to identify trends, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Your day-to-day tasks will involve data extraction, cleaning, and visualization using tools like SQL, PowerBI, and SSRS.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze HR and Payroll data from various sources, including databases and spreadsheets.
• Develop and maintain reports using SQL, SSRS, and PowerBI to provide insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the HR and Payroll teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
• Develop and schedule data pipelines using Apache Airflow to automate data extraction and loading.
• Work with the development team to integrate HR and Payroll data with other business systems.
• Develop and maintain scripts using Python and JavaScript to automate data processing and analysis.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, SSRS, and PowerBI for data analysis and visualization.
• Experience with scripting languages like Python and JavaScript for data processing and automation.
• Familiarity with Apache Airflow for data pipeline development.
• Knowledge of HR and Payroll processes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
