About the Role
As a Customer Support Trainee, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. This role involves handling customer complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the customer support team to identify and address customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
- Provide product information and demos to customers as needed.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to identify and address customer needs.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in a CRM system.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer support skills.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Customer service experience (preferably in a retail or sales environment).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
