About the Role
In this Account Administrator role, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day insurance operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and maintaining accurate records. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve queries and provide exceptional support to clients. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process and maintain accurate records of insurance policies, claims, and premiums.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve queries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with BC Insurance License requirements.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create reports, spreadsheets, and presentations to support business decisions.
- Contribute to process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
- BC Insurance License
- Reputed company insurance knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
