About the Role

In this Record to Report Process role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data, from recording transactions to generating financial reports. You'll work closely with the accounting team to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the month-end close process.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile financial transactions, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Identify and investigate any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the month-end close process.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Develop and implement preventive controls to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
