About the Role
As a Research Analyst, Customer Experience, you will be responsible for analyzing customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop insights that inform business decisions and drive customer-centric strategies.
You will be expected to collect and analyze data from various sources, including customer surveys, social media, and market research reports. Your findings will be used to develop recommendations for process improvements, product enhancements, and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze customer data from various sources, including customer surveys, social media, and market research reports.
- Develop insights and recommendations for process improvements, product enhancements, and marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to develop and implement customer-centric strategies.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership and product teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience research and analysis.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
- Contribute to the development of customer experience metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of customer-centric initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze large datasets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello.
- Strong understanding of market research principles and methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
